We offer a free standard delivery service on all our products. All orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and we dispatch orders the same day where possible. Our standard delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days but this may differ during busy periods.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. Orders cannot be cancelled/amended once dispatched.
If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order via email to hello@theruglaundry.co.uk. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received.
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email us a photograph to hello@theruglaundry.co.uk to request either a refund or replacement.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed – please allow 5 – 10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The Rug Laundry upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
